When should I expect my studio to be finished?
Usually within twelve weeks of paying your deposit depending on work load. This is usually a comfortable time frame for permits to be issued and site preparation also.
How can I choose the colors and finishes?
We have two selections surveys- one for your exterior selections and one for your interior selections.
This is all done online and once we receive your completed responses we will compile them into a pretty inclusions list where you can see all of your choices in written and visual form.
Alternatively, we have extensive interior design experience and can come up with a few themes for you to choose from.
Where do you build the studios?
We build the studios in our little home town of Heyfield in Victoria where we have lived forever and are raising our children! We have an industrial shed where the initial construction takes place until the studio is built to lock-up stage and then we move them out into the yard to be finished off with cabinetry and interior finishes.
Shipping and Costs
We have a local transport company who transports all of our studios at a very reasonable price. We can arrange and confirm prices for delivery of your studio before any deposit is paid.
As a rule of thumb you can estimate your transport costs by using the table below-
UP TO 3.49mtrs wide (at outermost pit of eaves. Usually a 3mtr building width)
This size can travel on a truck unescorted by any other vehicle. The cost per KM is approx $8.50
UP TO 4.49mtrs wide (at outermost pit of eaves. Usually a 4mtr building width)
This size needs to be accompanied by one escort vehicle. The cost per KM is approx $11
UP TO 5.49mtrs wide (at outermost pit of eaves. Usually a 5mtr building width)
This size needs to be accompanied by two escort vehicles. The cost per KM is approx $13.50

Security & Insurance
All of our studios are fully engineered and certified including all electrical and plumbing. From the time we start construction until the time your studio is delivered it is covered by insurance against any type of loss or damage.
What are the size restrictions?
The factors that contribute to size restrictions are mainly due to transport and cost of that transport due to width and the amount of We are able to build small dwellings of 3×3 mtrs or even stand alone bathrooms that may only measure 1×3 mtrs.
The maximum width that we manufacture is 5 mtrs x 17 metres long but can place modules together to create comfortable and stylish 2 bedroom accommodation with separate lounge/dining/kitchen as well as a beautifully finished bathroom.
